How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it. Our standard domestic shipping service will deliver your order in 4-6 business days whilst our express option will deliver your order in 1-2 business days.
If your order is monogrammed, please allow an additional 1-2 days due to the unique customisation of your item. Rest assured, we will get your premium workwear to you as soon as possible.
What are your shipping options?
We offer three shipping options:
- 4-6 business days standard shipping to all Australian cities for $10
- 1-2 business days express shipping to all Australian cities for $20.
- 10-12 business days standard shipping to all International countries for $30.
I would like to return my order. What do I do?
If you would like to return your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a returns reference and instructions. You can return any item as long as it adheres to the following:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so please make sure you post it back to us promptly.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, such as postage. We suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.
Please note that we do not accept returns of monogrammed items unless there is a fault with the product. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
There is something wrong with my order. What do I do?
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and our dedicated customer service team will work with you immediately to fix the issue. We will take care of any return costs and if a refund is required, we will process this within 5 business days of receiving the faulty item.
How do I track my order?
Our shipping provider Australia Post offer a fully trackable service so you can regularly check in to see where your order is at. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking code that you can use to track the order at https://auspost.com.au/track/
The item I have ordered is a gift. Can I include a personalised note?
Yes! We hand write all personalised notes for you. Please include your message at the checkout page.
What kind of leather are your products made from?
All of our products are made from Full Grain cowhide with a pebbled finish to allow you to look, feel and smell the true authenticity of the product.
What hardware do you use?
We use European matte black and gunmetal hardware across all our products.
