How do I clean my leather goods?

Use a soft dry cloth to clean your goods. Do not use a cleaning product or oil on the leather. If your product gets wet, pat it with a soft dry cloth or paper towel and allow it to dry naturally.

My leather is warping. What should I do?

Given that leather is a natural material, you can work it with your hands to give it shape and to retain your natural oils. As the material may warp over time, we encourage you to handle your item and bend the leather in your desired direction to allow the product to retain its shape.

Can I leave my leather goods in the sunlight?

As leather is a natural material, it is sensitive to humidity and sun exposure. Avoid keeping your leather goods in these conditions to preserve the quality of the material.

My leather has marks on it. Is this normal?

Our leathers are Full Grain cowhide which means that they are of the highest quality and have gone through very minimal processing and manufacturing to bring the end product together. As a result, your product may have markings of the natural leather grain, which is the hallmark of true leather. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at and we will be in touch as soon as possible to resolve this.

My leather looks slightly different in colour than the picture. Is this normal?

Our leathers are tanned using a semi-vegetable tanning process. This means that where possible, we use natural materials such as bark to tan the leather rather than chemicals. As a result, there may be a slight variation in the shade of your product when compared to the product image. This is uncommon, however, if you believe that there is a significant difference, please contact us at and we will be in touch as soon as possible to resolve this.

Please note that silver monograms may crack, with the colour of the product coming through underneath the monogram. Please take this into consideration when choosing this monogram colour.

How do I care for my matte black hardware?

Our products feature unique matte black hardware as opposed to the more common natural metal finishes. As with all powder coated metal, we recommend you avoid friction against sharp objects as the hardware may scratch.
